Precision Stainless Steel Round tubes used across industries.
Stainless steel round tubes are a versatile product used across heat exchangers, condensers, process tubing, hydraulic lines, and instrumentation systems. We manufacture ours using TIG welding, which produces a clean, robust weld with consistent penetration — giving the finished tube reliable strength at the seam without sacrificing the material's natural ductility. That ductility matters in practice: stainless steel round tube can be bent and shaped to a client's specific configuration without cracking or losing structural integrity, which is why it remains the standard choice for applications that need both strength and formability in one profile.
Every batch goes through the testing outlined in our quality process before dispatch, and is available in a range of finishes and conditions to match your application — annealed & pickled, polished (both matte and mirror finish), 2B mill finish, or as-welded.
| Grades | 200 Series, 300 Series, 400 Series, and High-Nickel Alloys |
| Finishes | As-welded, annealed & pickled, matte polished, mirror polished |
| Testing | Air-under-water, hydro-testing, eddy-current, and other lab tests — see our Quality Assurance page for the full process |
Round welded tube is supplied to ASTM A249 (heat exchanger/boiler), A269 (general/instrumentation), A554 (structural/ornamental), and A213 (high-temperature service), depending on grade and application — see the relevant application page for which standard fits your use case.
