From raw coil to Mill Test Certificate.

A genuine sequence — every batch passes through all four stages before it ships.

01
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming coil is checked against chemical and mechanical composition requirements before it enters production.
02
Forming & Welding
Tube is formed and welded to the specified OD and wall thickness under controlled process parameters.
03
Testing & Inspection
Dimensional, and where required hydrostatic/eddy-current testing, confirms the batch meets the governing standard.
04
Mill Test Certificate
Each shipment is issued a traceable MTC confirming grade, standard, and test results.

Quality tests we perform.

Which tests apply depends on the grade, application, and standard specified — your Mill Test Certificate documents exactly which ones ran on your order.

Dimensional Inspection — OD, wall thickness, and straightness checked against the specified tolerance.
Visual & Surface Inspection — Weld seam and surface finish checked for defects before a batch is released.
Hydrostatic Test — Pressure-tested where the application or governing standard calls for it.
Eddy Current Test — Non-destructive testing of weld and surface integrity, where required by the standard.
Chemical Composition Verification — Spectrometric analysis confirms the batch matches the specified grade composition.
Mechanical Testing — Tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation verified against the governing standard.
Mill Test Certificate Issuance — Every shipment ships with a traceable MTC covering grade, standard, and test results.

How we think about quality.

Quality built in, not inspected in
Raw material, forming, and welding are controlled to spec at every stage — final testing confirms the quality already built in, rather than catching problems after the fact.
Traceability by default
A Mill Test Certificate ships with every order as standard practice, not an add-on reserved for customers who ask for it.
Consistency over one-off perfection
A single perfect tube proves nothing on its own — our process is built so every tube in a batch meets spec, not just the one that happens to get tested.
