We manufacture welded Incoloy 800 and 825 tube from 6mm to 63.5mm OD, 0.4mm to 2mm wall thickness. Incoloy is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy family — not technically a stainless steel — engineered for conditions that exceed what stainless grades can reliably handle: sustained extreme heat (800/800H/800HT) or highly corrosive, acidic process environments (825).

Note: Incoloy is a registered trademark family (Special Metals Corporation). We label it separately from our stainless steel grades above because its composition, applications, and buyer intent genuinely differ — most stainless buyers won't need Incoloy, and most Incoloy buyers are solving a problem stainless already failed at.

Common questions.

Is Incoloy the same as stainless steel?
No — Incoloy is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy family, distinct from stainless steel, engineered for conditions (extreme heat or highly corrosive/acidic environments) beyond what standard stainless grades reliably handle.
When should I choose Incoloy over 310 stainless steel?
310 is a strong, more economical choice for most high-temperature applications. Incoloy is typically the right step up when your environment combines high heat with a carburizing or sulfidizing atmosphere, or when corrosion resistance in an acidic process environment is the primary concern (Incoloy 825).
Do you supply Incoloy tube for immersion heater manufacturing?
Yes — see our Heating Elements & Immersion Heater Tubes page for our specific size range and grade guidance for this application.
